Understanding
    Orientation

    You're not imagining this

Many parents sense differences long before they have words for them.

Noticing patterns is a form of attunement, not overthinking.

You may have been told you're too worried, too protective, or reading too much into things. But parental instinct is often the first signal that something meaningful is happening.

Trusting what you notice is part of understanding your child.

A quiet moment before you go

Take a slow breath in through your nose.

Let the exhale be a little longer than the inhale.

Notice where your body is supported -
the chair, the floor, the ground beneath you.

Nothing needs to be decided right now.

    Nothing needs to be fixed.

Let this be enough for now.
