    Sensitive does not mean fragile

    Sensitivity is not weakness.

It describes responsiveness – not resilience, strength, or capability.

A sensitive child can be deeply perceptive, emotionally intelligent, and remarkably strong. These things are not opposites.

When we separate sensitivity from fragility, we open space for children to be both deeply feeling and deeply capable.

A quiet moment before you go

Take a slow breath in through your nose.

Let the exhale be a little longer than the inhale.

Notice where your body is supported -
the chair, the floor, the ground beneath you.

Nothing needs to be decided right now.

    Nothing needs to be fixed.

Let this be enough for now.
