    Big reactions, small triggers

What looks like a sudden reaction is often the release of accumulated stress.

Overwhelm builds quietly before it spills over.

A child who seems fine all day may reach their limit over something small – not because that thing was the problem, but because it was the final drop.

Understanding this helps us respond to the pattern, not just the moment.

A quiet moment before you go

Take a slow breath in through your nose.

Let the exhale be a little longer than the inhale.

Notice where your body is supported -
the chair, the floor, the ground beneath you.

Nothing needs to be decided right now.

    Nothing needs to be fixed.

Let this be enough for now.
